- Impersonate any person or entity

7. Intellectual Property
The DadDox platform, including its logo, design, code, and content, is owned by MLVNWAY Financial Group LLC and protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of all documentation and data you create using DadDox. By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store and process your data solely to provide the Service.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on DadDox without our written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MLVNWAY Financial Group LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of DadDox.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of DadDox shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim (or $100 if no payment was made).
DadDox is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association rules, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.
